Personal conversations about your request take place as a video conference on our own server (La Suite Meet, open source) – in your browser, with no installation and no account; we send you the link by email.

What happens to your message

Your browser sends it to our server over an encrypted connection.
The server checks it, passes it on to us as an email and files it in our request register for processing, without your IP address.
A person reads it and replies to your email address.
Once your request has been dealt with, we delete the request and the email, six months after our last contact at the latest.

Against spam, your browser solves a small puzzle when you send. You can send without JavaScript too; we then accept fewer messages per hour.
